Testosterone Replacement/BHRT

Your first visit will take place at the practice location and will be in person with our provider. You will discuss your symptoms and our provider with conduct a physical examination as well as discuss benefits and risks of TRT. If you decide to move forward with the treatment plan, lab will be drawn at your visit and results are generally returned within 48 hours. Our provider will call to discuss your lab results and, if applicable, your medications will be ordered from our accredited compounding pharmacy and shipped to directly to your home for self-administration.

Getting Started: $250 Includes the following:

-Establish care visit (your first visit is an in-person appointment)

-Lab draw and cost of initial lab (cbc, cmp, tsh, total and free testosterone with SHBG, PSA, FSH, LH, IGF, HbA1c, Vit D, Lipid Panel, DHEA-sulfate)

-In-office bioelectrical body scan for body fat/lean muscle evaluation (if desired)

-Medication and supplies shipped directly to your home

Monthly Subscription: $145

-Testosterone injectable medication and supplies (shipped to home)

-Monthly B12 injection (on site) if desired

-Follow up visits/telemed appointments

-Monthly bio-scan for tracking of muscle mass change/fat loss (on site) if desired

**Follow up labs are $85 additional

Monthly subscription includes injectable testosterone and administration supplies, follow up/telemed visits, monthly B12 injection, and monthly bio-scan for tracking of lean muscle mass gain and fat loss. Your medication and supplies are shipped directly and discreetly to your home. Required follow up lab ($85) is needed 8 weeks following start of treatment, then every 3 months for monitoring and generally can reduce to twice yearly once levels have stabilized. If you are interested in topical creams or oral medications, this may increase the cost of your subscription; we can discuss this more at your visit.

Bariatric Consultation/Counseling

Consultation/Counseling Session: $40

Telehealth Appointments are available for general counseling/coaching sessions; please indicate at time of booking

Visit is to establish provider/patient relationship, perform physical exam, weight and bioscan, discuss dietary/medical/psych history, determine dietary requirements, and explore treatment options and/or referral needs.

General Wellness

Initial Visit: $60

Vitamin Inj $25 each

Visit is to establish care and is appropriate for individuals interested in receiving recurrent vitamin and mineral injections or infusion therapy. Established provider/patient relationship is required for treatment and lab may be needed depending on the treatment sought.

Infusion Therapy: $95 and up

Infusion therapy is by pre-order only and is currently on hold due to national backorder of IV fluids following damage to the North Carolina Baxter plant from Hurricane Helene
